Introduction
Welcome to Auravia Medical. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. The contents of this website are not intended to provide medical advice.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the website are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Consultations
Auravia’s role is limited to arranging consultations with its clinic or an affiliated clinic. These consultations may result in a prescription for any type of medicine, including cannabis-based products for medicinal use (CBPMs), but equally may not.
You acknowledge that no promise is made that a clinician will prescribe any medicine (including CBPMs) during or following your consultation. The clinician may recommend or prescribe conventional treatments if they consider this the most suitable approach.
A prescription for CBPMs will only be issued when, in the clinician’s professional judgment, it is clinically appropriate. If you suffer from a condition that has not responded well to standard medical options, a clinician may decide that CBPMs could reasonably offer you a clinical benefit and may therefore prescribe them.
Subscriptions
Auravia subscription plans are monthly rolling plans. The subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel it. You must cancel your subscription at least 5 working days before it renews for the next month. If you cancel your subscription less than 5 working days before it renews, the next month will be charged and your subscription will end at the end of that following month.
The benefits you receive from your subscription will continue until the date onat which it expires after you notify us of cancellation.
We may increase the price of your subscription from time to time. Any price change will not take effect until 3 months after we notify you. We will inform you by email if your subscription price will increase and you can decide to cancel your subscription prior to the price increase taking effect.
Chargebacks and failed payments
If you use chargeback services available via your payment card provider in an attempt to self-issue refunds and we are successful in disputing any chargeback with your provider, you will pay our reasonably-incurred fees and costs in relation to administration and legal work in disputing your claim. You agree to pay such fees to us in cleared funds no more than 30 days from the dispute being successfully decided in our favour. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments you have booked if we are successful in disputing any chargeback with your provider.
If a subscription payment cannot be collected from the debit or credit card you have registered, we may suspend your subscription and any services you have booked or ordered until the outstanding payment is successfully received. If a payment fails, we will send a reminder to the email address associated with your account.
